The class was humbling! It’s nice having four stations, if you get bored easily that will not be the case when you’re in this class. Your heart rate definitely stays elevated, the lights and music also get you hype! Although it’s a group class you don’t feel like you have to keep the pace with the person next to you, you can go at your own pace. The weights are really cool, not the typical dumbbells you see at gyms.
